Vice President, Contracting
Eric puts all of his 36 years of construction industry experience to use in his role as Contracting Vice President. He oversees the purchasing, fabrication, project management and field construction functions for major new construction and renovation projects that involve plumbing, HVAC piping and sheet metal.
He interacts directly with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and contractors to enact solutions that enable the projects he is involved with to complete within the time allotments and budget parameters established at the onset. He works to ensure that each of the service divisions support consistently effective solutions for clients and, in doing so, endeavors to ensure that every service division has the resources they need to accomplish multiple clients’ goals.
Eric’s experience in the construction industry began in the oil fields of Arkansas constructing a water processing plant and has expanded to include the successful management of several large medical and institutional projects throughout the United States.
Having worked exclusively in the MEP arena for over 15 years, he has the extensive experience needed to coordinate the operating systems of any project and implements his attention to detail on every aspect of the task at hand.
In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Wyoming, Eric holds an OSHA Certification for 30 Hour Training for Construction Safety and Health and Certifications in Scaffolding Competent Person Training, Excavation Competent Person Training, First Aid, CPR, and AED use.
The Personal Side
In his downtime, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, family and their pets. He’s also an avid golfer and can usually be found on the driving range or the golf course, attempting to fine tune his game, or giving man’s best friend a ride around the neighborhood in the golf cart.
